Pura 2012 - 2016
We were asked to study the best solution for this site through a feasibility study. The study had to take in account both the urban situation , the property market in the area and the overall building costs. The study underlined how a four-storey building with an only partially underground floor was the best solution. This partially underground floor becomes the base for the upper floors.
The apartments privilege the relationship inside/outside with the big covered terraces opened to the landscape.
