Two built bodies that react to the topography of the place and a central space with common functions, which opens towards the park, integrates the park. The central common space is designed as a covered square, a space intended for maximum socialization. It can be used both by residents and by an external public, this to encourage the exchange and integration of the residents themselves with the neighborhood.
